Ready to use immediately. Place the pasta machine on the work surface and fix it with the clamp. Insert the dough tray (figure A) on the side of the dough rollers.

Insert the crank. The machine is now ready for use. Prepare the dough, divide it into equal parts and turn it several times through the machine until the desired thickness is reached.

The dough tray holds the dough sheet and facilitates the processing mi the rollers.
