Combination models have a snap-on wavelength selector.Models are available in longwave, shortwave, or multi-band longwave/shortwave. Model 28191B is a multi-band lamp with a single split tube and snap-on selector. Model 28191BB is a multi-band lamp with one 254 nm tube and one 365 nm tube.

To replace tubes in model 28191BB, purchase one 254 nm (28191D) and one 365 nm tube (28191F). The 115 V units include a cord and plug. The 230 V units include cord only.
