It features an intuitive control interface and can memorize up to 3 programs that are designed to vacuum and seal your products with the touch of a button. These programs include a sensor control program for everyday items, a soft air program that ensures fragile and sharp items stay intact while avoiding misshapen food and punctured vacuum bags, and a red meat function that retains the vibrant red color of steaks. The vacuum plus feature increases the vacuum time to help eliminate trapped air within the vacuum pouch, making it ideal for use with foods such as cheeses and hamburger patties.

This AERO42XL vacuum packaging machine boasts 2 sets of 16 1/2" removable sealing bars and a 565 cf/h pump capacity with a 20-40 second adjustable cycle time. This unit also includes an external vacuum for use with the GreenVac pan (sold separately). It is equipped with a pump conditioning program that cleans the oil and helps to protect the pump.

Plus, it includes 3 insert plates for a faster, more efficient cycle time and seamless product adjustment. It requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.
