The set contains five hand-forged tools (a range of four gouges plus a flat chisel), all sharpened and honed ready for use, and a 12 page leaflet written by Jeremy Williams, with complete instructions and a pattern to enable the beginner to produce an attractive relief carving.

The hexagonal beech wood handles prevent the tools from rolling off the bench when not in use. This set contains: 1/4"(6mm) flat chisel, 1/4"(6mm) shallow gouge, 1/4"(6mm) and 5/16"(8mm) medium gouges and a 5/16 (8mm) steep-cut gouge, blade lengths: 82mm - 90mm.
