If it is held upside down the dispensers will not fall out. The outer case is designed so that the dispenser is easily detached and replaced. The boxes feature a semi-circle shaped design to allow for easy handling and ensuring medication is easy to retrieve.

This also helps those with visual impairments ensure the dispenser is the right way round. There are five compartments per day of the week, with a larger one for the morning when most medication is taken.
