Feel free to try out the following Mediterranean chicken and pasta bake recipe: Cook 200g of pasta, drain and put to one side. Stir-fry four sliced chicken fillets for five minutes, add a clove of chopped garlic and fry for a further two minutes. Stir in 15ml of chopped basil, add the sauce and pasta and heat through.

Transfer the contents of the pan to a shallow oven dish, cover with a layer of grated cheese and grill until crispy and golden. Serve with a side salad.
