It features custom made, replaceable stainless steel bearings for corrosion resistance. The cups, taper ring, and crown race are machined from 2014 T6 aluminium, with a split design for easy installation and removal. Sealing is achieved through an adjustable taper ring cover and integrated rubber seal.

This headset can also be used with straight 1 1/8" forks with an additional conversion crown. It weighs 128g and is suitable for unisex riders.
