Because of it's sharpness, it can obtain a smooth cut surface as if the cut had been made by a hobby knife. This cut minimizes whitening of the plastic, and the cutting marks are much cleaner than general nippers. The thin single-edged cutting blade design emphasizes sharpness.

A guideline for cutting 3mm plastic is 2kg or less of force compared to 3.5kg-10kg for general nippers. Please only use these nippers for cutting plastic (PS resin, PP resin, ABS resin, and PE resin) 3mm and less. However, transparent/translucent PS resin is very hard and is not recommended to cut more than 1mm.

Due to the design of the nippers, it is recommended the following: To not use excessive force when cutting. Cut as close to center of the blade as possible. Do not twist the blade while cutting or during releasing the blade.
