The cold packs are single-use and are easily disposed of in ordinary household or business waste. The cold pack is ideal for emergency pitch-side use or relief on the trail. The packs are activated with a chemical reaction when squeezed and do not require pre-cooling in a freezer, meaning they're ready whenever and wherever you need them.

Also available in a compact size. How to Use:1. Locate the inner pouch and squeeze it firmly to rupture the inner pouch and begin the reaction2.

Shake the pack to mix the contents3. Apply the pack to the injured area, ensuring a therapy cover/sleeve, compression cuff or similar is used as a barrier between the cold pack and the skin to protect against frostbite4. Dispose of the cold pack in household or workplace waste after use, ensuring not to tear or puncture the pack.

If the pack is ruptured, avoid contact with the contents and dispose of as safely as possible. Further information is included on the reverse of the package.
