When she was diagnosed as Coeliac, Fiona devoted her skills to Gluten Free baking and her colleagues at Island Bakery were so impressed with her creations they put them into production - and so Sweet FA was born. These really are amazing gluten-free cookies. With a special blend of flours and generous proportions of delicious additions, these are indulgent treats anyone can enjoy.
