They are available in a range of 30 colours for creating decorative mottled and reduction-like effects for pottery and ceramic works, as well as for sealing the clay body to make it waterproof and food-safe.
The Speedball Mid-Fire Glazes can be used on their own, or layered with other colours to create interesting variations. They can be applied by pouring, brushing, or dipping. Once dry, the work can be fired at Cone 5/6.
Results may vary based on individual application methods and firing techniques. It is recommended to create a test piece as a visual reference. For consistent results, cool all colours on a normal cooling cycle.
