The trick to brewing better-tasting coffee is to take a little time. Weigh 15 grams of ground coffee per person, for each 250ml of water and wait four minutes after adding just-boiled water. Plunge carefully until the stainless steel filter rests just above the coffee and leave it for a couple of minutes until the grinds settle.

Make sure the filter at the top is facing the lip before pouring your coffee.
