The knives have strong and durable handles secured by brass rivets and are hand-sharpened with the stainless steel blades providing long-lasting sharpness. Every knife is test cut for sharpness before it leaves the factory. The range is supplied by Taylor Eye Witness Ltd, founded in Sheffield in 1838.
