- A water thinned epoxy resin pigmented with inorganic pigments and extenders. it acts as a barrier coat and promotes adhesion over previously painted surfaces such as glazed tiles, quarry tiles, ferrous and non ferrous metals as well as many more surfaces. - Application - is by brush or roller which clean up after use in water.

- Can also be used as a bese coat for the Johnstone's Anti-Graffiti System.
