You can knead pizza, make biscuits, cakes or even lasagne sheets or filo pastry in no time! It is 42cm long and has interchangeable discs for kneading to the desired thickness (2, 4, 6 or 10mm).

It can also be used without discs as a conventional rolling pin. The discs can be washed in the dishwasher and the rolling pin, like any wooden rolling pin, should be washed by hand and dried immediately.
