The fork hook makes it easy to lift out of the pot and it folds for compact storage. If used in a pot with a lid, the pan must be at least 4 deep. Use sufficient water in the pan to allow steam production and do not allow the pan to boil dry or overheat to avoid damage to the product and your pan.
