Ideal for use on all soft tissue injuries and general aches and pains. They are ideal for pain relief, and to reduce swelling and inflamation following injury, and are excellent for immediately treating sprains and strains. Simply squeeze the pack to activate and apply to the injured area.

Single use. The pack can stay cold for up to 20 minutes. Always wrap pack in a cloth or sleeve before use.
