Attractive, easy-release non-stick coating Made from carbon steel for an even bake, these tins are finished with a double layer of XYNFLON Diamond Blue non-stick coating so your pastry will release easily without breaking or leaving lots of stuck-on crumbs behind. It also has a lovely blue ‘sparkle’ effect under the light – which doesn’t have any particular benefit, but does mean these will be quite the prettiest tins in your baking cupboard!
