The kit is safe, easy and convenient to use, giving your blade a professional, razor sharp edge. The system has a precision-engineered, multi-angle, flip over knife clamp, sharpening hones on colour coated, finger grooved safety holders, one guide rod for each honing stone and honing oil. In addition, the Professional set has extra long knife clamp screws, a custom molded storagecarry case and complete, easy to follow instructions.

The Professional Sharpening System includes a coarse hone 120 grit, a medium hone 280 grit, a fine hone 600 grit and an ultra-fine hone 1000 grit along with a medium triangle shaped hone for serrated knife sharpening.
