They are easy to clean with just soap and water and you can even add a mirror inside the case. Why should I switch? Paper and cotton buds/q-tips impact the environment enormously because they are single use, and each person uses hundreds a year. LastSwab is one product to replace the thousands of single use ones, the production emissions are massively reduced alongside the waste.

What is it made of? The carry case is made from corn and is 100% biodegradable. The swab ends are TPE and the rod is made from a recyclable plastic to ensure durability, even if LastSwab ends up in the ocean (which it won't if disposed of correctly) the damage is less than 0.1% of single use cotton buds simply because there will be much less of them.
