Lee Kee Sweet and Sour Sauce

A fruity sweet and sour sauce with a blend of pineapple juice and tomatoes to create a special all-time favourite. It is the sauce used in the classic Sweet and Sour Pork. Great for all kinds of battered meat and seafood.

Ideal for Stir-frying, marinating, Kung Pao style sauce mix and burger sauce mix. Each 2.3kg (1.9 litre) bottle contains approximately 50, 40g portions.
