They are subjected to stringent tests and are easy to fit. Friction hinges ensure that you can open the hatch up to an angle of 95°, from the outside and inside. The acrylic glass or seal can be replaced on the Low Profile and Medium Profile by sliding the two frame halves apart.

With its 12 mm acrylic glass and deep-drawn frame, the Medium Profile hatch offers greater strength and durability and its lines are reminiscent of the sleek appearance of the Low Profile hatch. This product is ideal as a foredeck hatch on larger seagoing yachts. The hatch is equipped with Lewmar's unique sealing system, which enables the acrylic glass to be replaced quickly.
