Lithium-ion batteries need to be replaced less frequently and last up to three times longer than traditional lead-acid batteries. This reduces maintenance, labor, and replacement costs, leading to lower overall expenses. The built-in batteries offer an industry-leading runtime of up to 14 minutes at full load, ensuring that critical network devices are protected during an unexpected power outage.

Lithium-ion battery technology delivers more power at higher temperatures, supports up to ten times more discharge cycles, and allows for faster recharging compared to lead-acid batteries. Hot-swappable, user-replaceable batteries can extend the UPS's lifespan, as the batteries can be easily replaced when needed without interrupting the power supply to connected devices.
