The kit includes a primary care leaflet, tweezers, scissors, safety pins, a white open-woven bandage, a crepe bandage, antiseptic cream, gauze swabs, micropore tape, hygienic cleansing wipes, low-adherent dressings, and assorted plasters.

The contents are manufactured to European quality standards and carry the CE mark. The kit weighs 180g and measures 125 x 80 x 45mm. It's made with ripstop fabrics and features a waterproof zip.
