The lining is made from enamelled steel. It has a temperature range of 50°C to 300°C which is thermostatically controlled. The Lincat oven also features an electrical 180 minute timer and a mechanical 60 minute timer.

This Lincat ECO9 Convection Oven has a fast heat up time due the twin fan efficient air circulation system, so is ideal for busy kitchens. It has been designed as a countertop unit and is also stackable, saving valuable space which is often limited. The internal illumination and double glazed perspex door allows to see your food at all times during cooking.

Double glazed doors also help to retain a hotter temperature. It has multiple shelf positions for added convenience and accepts 1/1 GN gastronorms which are also available here at Brakes. The water injection facility gives a professional finish to breads and pastries.
