Emulsions are better suited for more extreme applications, such as use at high temperatures. They are the ideal ingredient for all homemade cakes, cake layers, cakes and other cookies, as well as for fillings, icings and desserts. Princess Cake & Cookie emulsion imparts a light hazelnut flavor on a background of citrus and vanilla.
It subtly combines the flavors of vanilla, almond and citrus. Use this emulsion with its subtle vanilla flavor in any recipe where vanilla extract is to be incorporated. These aqueous emulsions are an excellent alcohol-free alternative for most extracts.
Because there is no alcohol and natural stabilizers and water are present, these emulsions can be exposed to high heat without affecting the flavor. Ingredients: Water, propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavor, xanthan gum. This product is: certified kosher, wheat gluten free.
