Available in both non-fire rated and 1-hour fire-rated options, our attic hatches can be tailored with either a picture frame or beaded frame and custom dimensions to suit your space.

For non-fire rated hatches, the maximum size available is 1000 x 1200mm, while fire-rated hatches are available up to 650 x 900mm. Manufactured with insulation that achieves a U-value of 0.43 W/m²K (0.760 W/m²K for non-fire rated), our bespoke attic hatches help maintain thermal efficiency. The locking mechanism varies based on the selected specification—smaller non-fire rated hatches (under 650mm in length) come with a budget lock, while larger non-fire rated hatches (above 650mm) are supplied with a three-way lock.

Fire-rated hatches include a budget lock as standard. Despatched within 5-7 working days, our attic hatches are built to order. Please note that for hatches exceeding 1000 x 1000mm, the hinge side must be positioned on the long side for optimal functionality.
