Makes Six Ravioli Tray

To use: Flour the surface of the mould to stop pasta dough sticking. Place sheet of pasta onto the mould. Using your fingers, press the dough into the patterned surfaces and middle cavities.

Fill the cavities with the filling of your choice. Place second sheet of pasta on top. Using a rolling pin, lightly roll over the two sheets to ensure they stick together.

Flip your ravioli out by turning the mould over. Trim the edges of the ravioli with a pasta cutting wheel or cookie cutter. Each individual ravioli when cut measures 8cm x 8cm.
