Apart from its delicious taste, Marianna's Petimezi adds flavour, colour and many nutrients wherever it is used. A wholesome alternative to refined sugar, perfect for sweetening yogurt, drizzling over pancakes, or enhancing marinades and dressings. Its production begins with the harvesting of the grapes from our vineyards.

These are transported to the packing plant, where they are mashed and strained in the traditional way. Naturally high in iron, calcium, potassium, and antioxidants – supporting energy, digestion, and overall wellness.
