The double ceramic coating is ultra durable, and ensures effortless cleaning and effective food release. All this is aided by the warp-resistant carbon steel core, with rolled edges for extra strength and easy handling. Dimples on the inside of the pan assist with food release, and allow air to flow for even browning.

It saves space too. Smart Ceramic is cleverly designed as a stackable bakeware set, so as you build your collection, you can stack all eight pieces into the space of these roasting tins. Use the roasting tins separately to handle family-sized meals (you could cook the Christmas turkey in one, and heaps of honey-roast vegetables in the other).

Or use one as a lid, for extra-moist, even results when cooking, or for extra protection in storage.
