The grinder, with long spindle, includes a spindle lock for easier attachment changes. The 6mm collect allows for a huge range of accessories to be used with this beautifully compact grinder. The aluminium die-cast bearing flange allows for long working life while the Vario-Constamatic (VC)- Electronics is perfect for work with materials requiring customised speeds, which remain almost constant under load.

For easy operation, it includes a thumbwheel which lets you select the appropriate speed while the electronic shut down ensures safe working if the motor stops for any reason. The design and layout of the grinder delivers precision control while the removable rubber cap allows for comfortable as well as safe working. The mains-powered grinder includes the Metabo Marathon-motor with patented dust protection, up to 20% more overload capacity and 50% more torque.
