The MDM1's sound can be shaped easily, using the Volume, Tone and Speed controls which are simply laid out on the front of the pedal. The different genres and patterns can be selected using the Mode Control, and the LED colour will indicate which parameter is available for adjusting. There is also Tap Tempo functionality on-board, which can be easily activated by holding down the footswitch, for even more tonal possibilities.
