My Exotic Fruit Fresh Lychee Litchi

Lychee are a small rounded fruit native to China. They have sweet white floral flavoured flesh which easily detaches from the large central seed. They usually have a pink-red bumpy exterior when ripe but some varieties are still green when ready to eat.
