Natoora Italian Round Aubergine

The round aubergine is a similar variety to the more traditional long, black aubergine. Grown primarily in Sicily, its shape makes for easier peeling and grilling. A fantastic vegetable, aubergine is excellent when paired with tomatoes, cheese, garlic and middle eastern spices.
