These NWS pliers feature Toughgripp, a patented non-slip grip on the plier head. For improved cutting and a longer life the precision cutting edges have been induction hardened. Both joint and rivet have been machined and hardened for smooth operation and long life.

The patented tri-component slim-line VDE handle provides improved grip and feel, while the ergonomic design ensures comfortable operation. These insulated handles offer protection when working with live electrical parts up to 1000 AC and 1500V DC. There are optimised slip guards and a soft grip inlay with coloured markings to indicate the minimum safety distance from the head.

An impact resistant safety cushion protects the handles if the pliers are accidentally dropped. The handle also has a loop for attaching an optional lanyard or spring (available separately). These 205mm long nose bent pliers allow you to hold or reach wires positioned at more difficult angles and are suitable for cutting 2.2mm hard wire and 3.2mm medium wire.
