Instructions to us ( very Important) 1- fill the the base of the bag with only sand or used cloth or any thing as with the weight and height of your kid.

2- if your kid is above the age of 6 then use only sand from B&Q ,Tessco or Asda.Ldl. This will cost you about two quid for a bag. 3- an adult is not allowed to punch this bag.

If an adult punch this bag. The soft spring will damage and the bag become useless. 4- This bag is not suitable for kicking.
