Organic Light Rye Flour

This is pale rye flour from which some of the bran has been sieved. Ideal for making rye bread and crackers. Although when making rye bread it is recommended to add vital wheat gluten in with the dough to add elasticity and make the bread more flexible which will improve the rise.
