Drying preserves the nutritional goodness which means these mango strips are an excellent source of vitamins and are especially high in vitamin A and C-both of which have anti-oxidant properties. Note our mango strips are quite chewy (like fruit jerky) as all the water content of the mango has been removed and no sweeteners, preservatives or sulphates have been added.

Also, as no sulphates or oils have been added and this is an organic, naturally dried product the fruit has some markings, ranges in colour from light yellow to deep orange in colour and can vary in sweetness. This is different from supermarket snacking mango that is often processed to dry it and has sulphates, oils and sometimes sweetener added. Please note, as this is a natural product, there are natural variations in taste/texture between batches.

Suggested uses: This delicious mango has been cut into strips so that it can be eaten as a snack or chopped and added to various recipes including savoury dishes. Perfect for baking, in home made trail mixes with our other dried fruits and nuts, adding to shakes and smoothies, cereals, desserts or trail mix. Our kids love them in their snack box!
