The zip is designed so that the different packs and the base seamlessly merge into one unit. The base consists of a back element and airbag system, and thanks to the Full Contact Light back system, it sits comfortably against the back. The pack can be fully opened with a circumferential zipper and is equipped with all the features you need for touring: ski, splitboard, and rope attachments, an ice axe holder, and a small map pocket leave nothing to be desired.

Emergency equipment has its place in a separate safety compartment. To keep the weight as low as possible, Ortovox uses particularly lightweight yet abrasion-resistant materials.
