Please cook thoroughly before eating. Cooking Instructions: 1. Bring water to boil (Water : Tapioca Pearls Ratio = 10 : 1).

Put raw tapioca balls in and stir slowly. 2. Simmer for 30 minutes then turn off the heat.

Let the tapioca balls sit for 40 minutes with lid on. 3. Rinse the tapioca balls with drinking water for 2-3 minutes, then drain out the water, add some brown sugar and mix it.
