The cover is slipped over the suitcase and fastened with a snaptogether strap and zip, both of which remain concealed under the suitcase. At the top of the luggage cover there are 2 cutouts for access to the top handle and the extendable rear handle, as well as another cutout for the side handle. Please note that this side recess is located on the righthand side of the case when viewed from the front and is made from a stretchy, fully washable mix of elastane and polyester.
