The durable tempered steel construction and 10-point configuration ensure stability when walking on hard snow or digging into ice while saving weight over a 12-point configuration. Antisnow plates prevent snow from balling up under the base of the crampon so you can move unhindered. Petzl’s AlpenAdapt technology lets you adapt the crampon for different climbing disciplines and mountain terrains.

You can replace all the crampon's components - sold separately - including the front and rear sections and bails with other models. Swap a front section to better suit glacier travel, the binding to fit your new mountaineering boots, or the rear section to save weight. Petzl’s unique system increases your product’s lifetime and versatility.
