The Tungsten Carbide Nozzle is a true "All filaments, One Nozzle" From conventional printing with PLA to PEEK to carbon fibre reinforced materials, the Tungsten Carbide Nozzle can handle it all with ease. Super wear resistance Using the world's leading ultrahard tungsten carbide (hardness > 2700Hv (up to 2900Hv)), super wear resistance is ensured, allowing longterm printing without wear to the nozzle hole and flat tip.

High temperature performance Composed of tungsten carbide and copper alloy with super hardness and excellent conductivity, the maximum printing temperature can be 550°C. Low thrust The tungsten carbide nozzle with purity more than 99.98% and high thermal performance ensures uniform temperature of the nozzle tip during printing, guaranteeing stable extrusion. Faster extrusion speed Due to the high thermal performance of the nozzle in general, the printing speed can be increased even further without compromising quality.
