It comprises of 4 heavy weight webbed handles to increase shield training possibilities during your workout session. The shield has been designed with a slight curve to help absorb impact from both kicks and punches.

It is filled with dense multi-layered shock-absorbent foam with a middle gel sheet to distribute force of the impact across the pad.
