The sleeve can be inserted even with damaged or nonstandard cartridges. The plunger can be locked in any position and does not need to be fully pulled back to release the grease from the pressure of the spring (grease does not harden). The gun can be adjusted for high pressure or high volume, is easy to disassemble, and offers quick venting.
