Directions Soak feet in warm water for 10-15 minutes to soften skin. Gently rub the Profoot 360 Foot File over callused areas in a circular motion. Continue filing until the desired level of smoothness is achieved.

Rinse feet and the foot file with water. Apply a moisturizing cream to keep feet soft and hydrated. Clean and dry the foot file after each use.
