While the 4.5 and 8 mm gauges can be attached with a hammer, Vario pliers or a tripod, the 11 mm and 14 mm grommets can only be used with the enclosed tools and a hammer. The eyelets should be attached so tightly that they no longer turn – this prevents the eyelet from coming off when the fabric is tightened.
