With the laundry pen in red or black, the laundry marking tape can be labeled with the owner's name before later ironing, to avoid any mix-ups. The laundry pens are equipped with a ballpoint pen refill and are not washable. The pens should not be stored too cold or too warm; preferably upside down.

Even after use, they should always be stored tip down.
