At the front of the mask, there are two levers to adjust between levels of air resistance. The levers allow for easy adjustment during training without the need to remove the mask. - A graded method of decreasing oxygen uptake through 24 levels of resistance.

- By decreasing the resistance and rate of oxygen flow the following advantages may be seen. An inbuilt filtration system to enable the flow of pure air when exercising outdoors or in high pollution environments. - An ideal way to push your aerobic training system across multiple sports and endurance-based activities such as football, athletics, cycling, boxing and gym-based training.
