The honey has not been processed in anyway and simply extracted from the honeycombs and poured into jars. The honey can differ in colour due to variety of plants used for its production. Sometimes is yellow-red or light yellow.

In the first half of the summer the flowers tend to be lighter in colour and this is mimicked by the honey. By the end of the summer the colour of the honey tends to be darker due to darker flowers growing on the hills. This honey contains a variety of minerals in different concentrations.

It helps with the flu, will give more energy to fight illnesses and in case of cough it will ease irritation. It also contains high iron level making it great for anaemic people. Crystallisation: Most types of raw, unfiltered honey tends to crystallise, as soon as it is being poured into jars and multiflower honey is one of them.

This does not affect the quality but simply the texture of the honey. Crystallisation is an attribute of pure and natural honey. Colour: White State: Creamy Aroma: Floral, intense, and persistent aroma.

Taste: A sweet taste Harvest season: Summer. Produced in Aberdeenshire, Scotland by native Scottish bees. Good to know: Honey is best stored at room temperature.
